Boiler Servicing
An annual boiler service will identify any problems, addressing them before they become more costly. It gives you peace of mind, so that you’ve got constant hot water and heating when you need it. If your boiler is running efficiently, it’ll also be saving you money over time.
If your boiler is under warranty, it will only remain valid if it is serviced annually by a Gas Safe engineer. If you don’t service it, and it does break down, you won’t be able to claim any money for the repairs. Be sure to check the warranty on your boiler, and if it requires an annual service, make sure you book it on time.

A power flush cleans out sludge build up and will have your central heating working back to full efficiency.
Annual Landlord safety inspections. All gas appliances in the property must be checked – the safety of your tenants is your responsibility.
